Q. HOW CAN I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE IN YOUR DIARY?
A. Due to the high volume of enquiries received, it is advisable to book asap to avoid disappointment, especially during the summer months. The date can then be secured in my diary on receipt of a £100 deposit, which also covers the trial cost.

Q. CAN I CHOOSE TO HAVE JUST HAIR OR JUST MAKEUP?
A. Yes or any combination, for instance the bride’s hair and makeup and just the bridesmaids’ makeup. A trial must be carried out for the bride and is recommended for other key people. A discount is given on larger parties.

Q. HOW SOON BEFORE MY WEDDING SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL?
A. The trial is usually done 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding as your hair will be most like it is on your wedding day. However this is not always the case and we are happy to fit into your timings. We believe the key to ensuring you look exactly as you want to is to spend plenty of time understanding the style and theme of your day, discussing your ideas and venue. It is helpful if you can send us a Pinterest Board of your styles of hair and makeup that you particularly like and want to try at your wedding.
We will then try out different colours and styles until your desired look is achieved.
We take lots of pictures for reference and also make a detailed account of the colours and styles used so that the look can be readily recreated on your big day.

Q. WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY BOOKINGS?
A. If you decide to cancel, two months’ notice is required otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged.

Q. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
A. Once the deposit is paid and you have had your trial the full balance is required no later than 14 days prior to the wedding.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO MY HAIR AND MAKEUP ON THE DAY?
A. The time varies depending upon the style you choose and how many are in your wedding party. We always give you a detailed time plan so that everyone knows when they are required for hair and makeup. We are very experienced in keeping to time and advising you on the best time to get ready etc so you can be stress free and have maximum fun with your friends and family!

Q. SHOULD MY MAKEUP BE DONE AFTER MY HAIR IS STYLED?
A. This varies for each person. Usaully I set/prep the hair then begin the makeup and finish off the hair and see how it all balances and adjust to suit.

Q.WHICH AREAS DO YOU COVER?
A. We  am based in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds and have so many beautiful venues close by we are spoilt for choice but we also cover Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire and London. Mileage is charged at .50p per mile.We also travel abroad for your wedding and event.

Q. DO YOU COVER DESTINATION WEDDINGS?                                                                                                                                      

A.We  love travelling to Destination Weddings so tell us where you need us and well be there! We charge the same rates as in the UK. All we ask is that you cover our expenses i.e. the cost of our flights, luggage, transport, accommodation and food and beverage. We can source flights etc if it is easier for you. We bring all our kit so you dont have to worry about forgetting something at home.

We are able to provide hair and makeup for your Trial, Pre wedding lunch/supper, Wedding day and Evening and any other times you may need it.

Q ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO STAY ALL DAY?
A. Yes. We normally say Goodbye you as you go for the ceremony but our service is bespoke so we will tailor make it to suit your needs. For an extra fee we can follow you to the church and onto the reception where we are on hand for your hair and makeup needs during the taking of photographs. We are also available to stay for longer and restyle your hair for the evening reception. We are also available to pamper your guests with a hair tidy, file and polish, make up refresh, or a back, head, neck and shoulder massage in a massage chair. And not forgetting the children, we can also entertain them with glitter tattoos and nail art!

Q. ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO DO OTHER TREATMENTS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY?
A. Yes!  We do wonderful Organic Facials combined with a hot stone back massage. This treatment ensures your skin is in incredible condition for your wedding day. A course of 3 is recommended.

Or why not try our Holistic Chakra realigning, Hot stone, Aromatherapy Wonder massage?! This ritual treatment restores and rebalances you. Perfect antidote to the pre wedding madness- especially good for worn out Mums and Brides to ensure you have the energy for the big day!

Q. I WOULD LOVE A FUN HEN/ PAMPER PARTY. CAN YOU DO THIS?
A. Yes! Tell us what treatments you would like and we will tailor make a package to suit. Depending on the size of your party you can have from one to six therapists pampering you, your family and friends. We can also come and relax you the night before your wedding; this is very popular with brides and their mothers as their special time before the big day.

Q. WHICH COSMETICS DO YOU USE?
A. Top end products for example, Mac, Chanel, Becca, Urban Decay, Bobby Brown, YSL and occasionally other brands that are favoured by the industry. For hair products we like Bumble and Bumble.  Facial products are all organic, mostly home made by us. Botanical formulations, containing no artificial colours or fragrance. Naturally paraben, petrochemical and sulphate free. Nail varnishes are all OPI.

Q. DO YOU OFFER HAIR & MAKEUP LESSONS?
A. Yes – Group or individual lessons are available suitable for all abilities.  We also provide training for budding makeup artists and Pro classes for professionals.  Please see our school page for next available course.
